Dave has taught and coached leaders around the world the art and science of effective leadership using The Leadership Challenge program provided either in a workshop setting or through individual coaching.
The journey begins with The Leadership Practices Inventory – a tool which measures an individual’s leadership practices along 5 dimensions:
